It is a multi faceted business - Golf Course, Pub, Banquet Facility, Tiki Hut Bar and Ice Cream Shop

The venue hosts many music, Cultural, and entertainment events along with weddings, banquets and business meetings.

Their signature event for the year is Zanafest, a five day music festival which provides music scholarships to Ambridge Area students.

The vision for the future is  development of a residential community on the property.

Because the Venue is so convenient for outdoor events with it's wonderful open pavilion, they host an annual bike week and a weekly bike night.

The Venue is a multi faceted business - Golf Course, Pub, Banquet Facility, Tiki Hut Bar and Ice Cream Shop.

African-American/Latino Roundtable
Our nation is comprised of many different ethnicities and citizens of various cultural backgrounds. The African American and Latino communities are two vibrant and tenacious groups that have contributed enormously to American’s cultural fabric. In many ways, our cultures are very different, but united in the shared struggle against racial discrimination. This unique event is very important because it marks the amalgamation of two incredible groups of people. Apart, we would accomplish much, but together the possibilities are infinite.

John Pournaras Agency

The deadline has approached and gone.
The Big Box stores are beginning to clear out.
One man remains, and remains all year long.

Many taxpayers who are bigger procrastinators than the folks who wait until the deadline.  People who are ready to file an Offer
in Compromise, and spend a lot of time and $$$$ for an Offer In Compromise reach to the affordable office of John Pournaras at his Agency in Ambridge.

John has hired the best accounting and tax pros available (IRS employees and Corporate Trainers from Block), to make sure that you get the largest refund allowed by law.  He likes to call them his Accounting Rough Riders.  You PPL Mag readers have seen his video, then you know why he calls them that.

His Accounting Rough Riders know that John means business when he brings in the massage therapist to workout the stresses and strains.  And his clients thought they were going to get a massage!

John will be debuting something so new and ground breaking, and he will reveal why his clients have come to his firm for decades.  One main reason, he doesn't lose against the IRS and their auditors, not in over 40 years.  With tax laws becoming more and more complicated, John brings the tax pros to his firm, just for you!
