Tammy Elois Camper, Summit Speaker and President and Principal Resultant of Strategic Transformation Partners LLC

Transformation Partners LLC (STP) is a management consulting firm that provides thought, leadership, clarity and solutions that challenge business processes in the areas of PEOPLE and STRATEGY. Led by Tammy E. Camper, the Company helps business leaders make better decisions, deliver improved business performance and take advantage of windows of opportunity even when the course of action isn’t clear.

Tammy at the Summit

I got involved by seeing information on LinkedIn which is a wonderful tool. I sent Rita information about my company and told her that I was interested in helping in any way she needed, even though I am in PA (outside the Philadelphia area). I’ve been drumming up some calls to action by sending the information out to those organizations that I am associated with of which most have Chapters in every state.

I will be presenting a short keynote in the morning on Leadership and then in the afternoon I will be presenting my “Strike A Business Match” workshop.
The workshop

The term “business matchmaking” has become a buzz word for many organizations. Come prepared to take away strategies you can use immediately such as:

• Which Match Do I Strike?

• The Match That Won’t Light!

• The Match is Lit – Now What?

• And much more.

This will be a fast paced and interactive session so come prepared and be prepared to Strike Your Business Match!

Benefits from this dynamic session include:

• Turning Contacts into Contracts with the right Strike of the Match!

• Maximize your networking skills to find the “decision maker”

• Leverage your WBE/MBE/SDB/SMALL status as an asset

• Learn to think like the “buyer” and not the “proposer”

11-Year-Old Baseball Player Raising Money For Children In Pittsburgh Children's Hospital Wants To Team Up With Corporate Sponsors
Elliot Mast is a pitcher, catcher and first basemen for Caporucio’s Baseball at East End Youth Baseball. In February, he officially teamed up with The Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation. He has dedicated his entire 2010 baseball season to raising awareness and funds for the Children’s Hospital and the Child Life Program. Money raised for this fund makes sure that kids can still be kids - and not just patients - when they're at Children’s Hospital. Insurance doesn't cover these types of necessities and this is why he needs your help!
During the 2010 baseball season (including regular season, all-star season, and travel season play), Elliot will raise money with every pitch and swing of his bat. For every homerun he hits, he will raise $10, for every regular hit, he will raise $2, and for every strike out, he will raise $5. Join his team by becoming a sponsor!
You can learn more by visiting www.elliotmast.blogspot.com today!
Stay updated via his Blog, Twitter, and Facebook as his baseball season and campaign continues.

Steeltown Hero

Teamwork, dedication, commitment, a sense of community and giving back, that's what makes Kids and a Cause successful. Six girls, ranging in age from 10 to 15, devote many weekends, years now, designing their products to be sold at events like Women Think Pink in order to raise money for the Hillman Cancer Patient Assistance Fund, $9000 to date. They come as a package, Kathryn Bissert, Kelsie Bissert, Katie Derrick, Sarah Derrick, Heidi Schmidt, Heather Schmidt. Six girls on a mission to give back and make cancer patient care a little easier for those who are unable to afford the basic necessities during their recovery . They work well together, have fun together continue to learn how to run a successful business from their very accomplished and equally dedicated parents, and most importantly, how to make a spoon stick to their nose without falling off, an admirable accomplishment

I am proud to know Kathryn, Heidi, Katie, Kelsie, Heather and Sarah and so it is with great pride and hope that I nominate Kids and A Cause for consideration for NAWBO’s Make the Connection award.

Our future looks brighter because of them.
