This new matching challenge campaign, “Battle For Equality: The Ritchie Scaife Challenge For Women and Girls” was created by Ritchie Scaife to encourage other individuals to increase their investments in advancing women’s and girls’ rights. Girls Going Places Conference, over 100 girls were exposed to the entrepreneurial experience with 25 professional women business women, entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs as their mentors for the day. They built a product in a box out and business plan out of recyclable junk and learned about business ethics, responsibility and consequences from the Hot Company Board Game. Every young girl there from middle school to upcoming graduates left with a first hand look at what the world of an entrepreneur is really like.
