Gregg Mathis, SLFF Ventures LLC,  412-720-6363:
Gregg Mathis has owned Pro-Fry Systems LLC, an environmentally sound cooking oil services company for the past five years. He is a native Pittsburgher, a lifelong Steelers fan and by applying the creative use of DVR technology he considers himself a director of television sports watching.

Gregg’s Business:
Pro-Fry Systems LLC proudly includes among their customers many of the most familiar institutional and restaurant names in the Pittsburgh Area. A major element of their service is the recycling of waste cooking oil.

Gregg’s Predictions:
·         Steelers 8th appearance in Superbowl tied with Dallas for the most.
15th appearance in AFC Championship Game most second Oakland, more than NFC 14 Dallas.
·         A major concern for the Steelers is the injury to their Pro-bowl starting center Maurkice Pouncy. It is very improbable that he will be able to play on Sunday. That is going to put a lot of pressure on backup Doug Legursky.
·         The Dallas Stadium is going to be a major part of the show. But weather conditions are not going to be an influence because it is a domed stadium.
·         Factors favoring the Steelers: Experience, Big Ben's will to win, our excellent defense.
·         Factors favoring the Packers: Five very good receivers, a good young quarterback, a weakness in our offensive line, an untested big game kicker shawn suisham.
·         I think that tight end Heath Miller is going to play a big part in a Steelers win.
·         Expect a tight exciting game with the last series deciding the outcome.
