Their chocolate pudding was more like mousse. Really wonderful. Check out their website here. Glass Slipper Ball There was a fabulous silent auction, a delectable selection of food wine and beer tastings, and great signature cocktails designed for the ball. The centerpieces were beautiful and designed by area florists and floral designers all trying to outdo each other. The dresses and tuxedos were just gorgeous, and there was amazing music and dancing. You really felt like a queen or a princess. The live auction included art, jewelry, and trips. There was a fantastic salsa and waltz demonstration by Arthur Murray. Review by Joyce Kane from Cybertary Guest conductor Leonard Slatkin took the stage with composer Steven Stucky to introduce “Son et Lumiere” (‘Sound and Light’). This unique work, written in 1989, blended seemingly discordant elements into a cohesive whole. Interestingly, in only nine minutes, the music spanned multiple twists and turns.
